Diet is one of the major factor that can affect life in different types of ways such as causing irritation, frustration , emotionally disbalance or weak , getting mad over small things, not able to focus, etc. Due to which a person is neither mentally nor physically is healthy and most of the task get untouched or unfinished which cause more anger and emotions.

An healthy diet can be contained of lot of protiens , minerals , vitamins which can nourish the skin, mind, health and an healthy mind can process life more efficiently than an unhealthy mind.

Hence, we conclude that diet is not just regarding about food or eating food it’s about working on whole mind , health by deciding what to eat.
